Overhead Door Company Of The Chippewa Valley remains open during the COVID-19 pandemic. We provide essential services to EMS and critical businesses which allows us to stay open during this “Safer At Home” time. Our office hours remain the same (7:30 am - 4:30 pm M-F) along with our 24 hour emergency services. If you need to set up a service call or installation please call the office at 715-874-4565.
In order to practice social distancing, some of our common business practices have changed. Our lobby is open and we are also available to take calls for service and to provide estimates over the phone at 715-874-4565. You can also contact us through our website and Facebook pages.
To ensure your safety and the safety of our technicians, we are asking that you observe common social distancing practices. Please maintain a distance of at least six feet from our technicians when communicating with them. We prefer not to go through your home for access to the garage. If at all possible, we would like to enter through the garage door or service door. Scheduled installs will proceed as planned.
The COVID-19 situation has changed many lives and businesses. We are asking for your patience and understanding as we all navigate these trying times.
